Silva Associates is a full service Real Estate and Property Management Company located in Tewksbury, MA.

Since 1988 we have been managing commercial and residential properties of all sizes in Massachusetts.  We offer full property management services including a la-carte management, new construction and budget consulting.  Presently, we manage over $350,000,000 of property.

With more than 30 years of experience, our unique ability to provide integrated services: including property development, construction, asset management, and real estate marketing, brokerage and sales solutions separates us from the competition. With our team of licensed real estate agents, property managers, contractors and office staff our services are unmatched. 

Silva Associates has been selling new homes, condominiums and other real estate since 1987.

We have sold over 500 condominiums and coordinated the transition from developer to owner for over 600 condominiums. We broker and manage condominium sales from the development phase to sell-out.  We work with the FDIC and a number of banks for marketing, management and maintenance of REO properties.

We are members of the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS, the Property Information Network/Multiple Listing Service and the Community Association Institute (CAI).

Owner of Silva Associates Real Estate & Property Management with over 30 years of real estate sales and property management experience.  Joe is a Massachusetts Real Estate Licensed Broker.

Cheryl Gosselin

Controller/Office Manager/Property Management Support
Manager of all accounting aspects with over 30 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping, real estate appraisal, sales and management and over 15 years of property management support.

Paul DeAndrade

Property Manager
Paul has over 8 years’ experience in Property Management.  He was previous employed for over 5 years in Commercial Management and Lending. Paul also has over 3 years’ experience in residential wholesale and in-house mortgage lending.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rivier University in Pre Law and he minored in Political Science.
